Meet the Director – Janice Coetzee

Janice Coetzee is the founder and director of Namaqua Global Employment Solutions. Besides recruitment , she is also in the accomodation and gueshouse industry since 2010. Recently she registered a self development skills academy which will provide short courses in training skills the neccessary languages for workers or people who need a specific language to immigrate . This academy is still undergoing the neccessary accreditation processes to provide international recognition. Born as a christian and diverted to Islam  in the beautiful region of Namaqualand in South Africa, she has dedicated her career to empowering individuals and helping companies access quality manpower worldwide.

Janice has a strong background in recruitment, workforce development, and education. She leads with compassion, integrity, and a global vision. Her work includes strong collaborations with South African teams and partners in the Middle East, supported by diverse multilingual talent — especially from Morocco and the wider African region. 

Her goal is to open doors for workers worldwide and build strong partnerships that transform lives and strengthen businesses.
